The same great scent blends featured in my wax melts are also available in a heat-free, quick and easy spray. I like to spray the curtains to freshen my space in a hurry. This recipe is skin safe and can also be used as a perfume.
They have a base of perfumery alcohol (quick-drying) and distilled water and are emulsified with Polysorbate 80, to prevent separation and drying of the skin. They are preserved with Optiphen Plus to have an extended shelf life.
